WHAT DID I DO?

I got serious with myself which sometimes has to happen with me to make REAL change...my health is such that I was feeling so depleted in every way, I knew things needed to change, and the biggest change I made was CONSISTENCY.  Consistency in showing up for myself every day, taking the prescribed recommendations, eating more anti-inflammatory foods (still working on this), daily exercise with vibration and fascia maneouvres, honouring my needs, saying NO to things....was it EASY??!! It wasn't hard and within 8 weeks, I've cleaned up my terrain and equipping myself for upcoming surgery and recovery to make it as smooth and swift as possible.  

I sought help from a colleague who does bioenergetic testing and has a good understanding of plant medicine and how it, and doTERRA's oils and supplements in particular, help to balance the autonomic nervous system which consists of our parasympathetic (rest + digest) and our sympathetic (fight or flight) system.  While our sympathetic nervous system suppresses non-essential functions like rest, digest and reproduce, our parasympathetic nervous system restores the body to a state of equilibrium.  When working in homeostasis, these two systems maintain balance and allow the body to respond properly to internal and external stimuli. 

In mid-April, I tested positive for: 
Digestive Parasite

Upon Waking:
1 Adaptiv (supports neurotransmission)
1 Phyto Estro (Bioidentical Estrogen)
1 dime size Estrogen Cream
1 Advil (for 10 days)
Breakfast:
1 tsp Diatomaceous Earth (anti-parasite)
1 PB Restore (probiotic)
2 Terrazyme (digestive enzymes)
1 Zendocrine Soft Gel (liver cleanse)
1 Copaiba (anti inflammatory)
2 Alpha CRS (builds healthy cells)
2 xEO Mega (omega 3/9 fatty acid)
2 VMZ (vitamin/mineral complex)
2 Mito2Max (supports adrenals)
1 tsp Calcium Water (bone health)
1 tsp Magnesium Water (bone health)
1 B9
1 Bone Nutrient Complex (supports bone health)
1 L-Arginine
Lunch:
2 Zendocrine Complex (herbal liver support)
1 Mito2Max
1 Copaiba
Supper:
1 tsp Diatomaceous Earth 
1 PB Restore

5 drops Lemon Eucalyptus and 5 drops Tea Tree in a veggie cap

Evening:

1 Advil (for 10days)

*after 10 days switch from PB Restore to GX Assist (anti-bacterial). Alternate between the two every 10 days.
HOT bath in 2 cups Epsom Salt, bathe for 20-30 min, hydrate throughout

UPDATE: 
As of mid-June (8 weeks later)
I tested negative to all of the above except for inflammation directly related to the hip....HOORAY!!!!

Also adding in some therapy with an NLP coach to help with some reframing of thoughts and beliefs as well as learning and understanding cortisol (stress hormone) to help maintain a state of balance.
